Our 2nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday the 21st September at 19:00 at the Manor House, Castle Yard Off Church Street, Ilkley LS29 9DT

If you are a supporter rather than a full member, you are welcome to attend the meeting, but you will not able to vote. If you are able to attend it would be helpful in terms of numbers if you could register here.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Welcome and Introductions 
  2. Apologies
  3. Annual Report of the Committee  
  4. Treasurer’s Report and Statement of Accounts
  5. Priorities for the year ahead.
  6. Election of Officers and Committee:
  7. Chair
  8. Secretary
  9. Treasurer
  10. Committee Members – up to 7
  11. Other Roles – to note
    1. Membership Secretary
    2. Welfare Officer
  12. AOB (notified to the Secretary in writing)

The Report of the Committee and the Treasurers Report will be circulated prior to the meeting.
